I wanted to let you know about El Mundo in Astoria. It can be a little scary at first glance. But don’t let the mannequins that stand fanny-first in the window or the sprawling tables of clothes scare you off. You can get handsome discounts on high quality items. Don’t be surprised to find some Bloomingdales overstock in the maelstrom. El Mundo may be a little bit of a mess but you can still get some really great deals there. Its like, if De Janiero threw up, haha. Its a bit chaotic, but worthwhile.
