After working on Wall Street for nearly six years as an investment banker for a top financial firm, Nora Gardner found traditional business suits uncomfortable and unflattering. The available alternatives were either too suggestive, too expensive or lacking in functional, practical aspects. So she took fashion into her own hands with her first collection of workplace-ready modern looks (both dresses and suits). Sophisticated but still comfortable and easy to wear, we love the supple fabrics and the rich color story – not to mention the fact that we’re not locked into any season with styles that can work for us year round.
