How a Beauty Maven Chooses to Pamper Herself

Imagine this: You’ve got the rest of the night lined up with almost two full hours of TV to watch and some quality time to spend on the Internet (there’s a cutie at work you’ve been e-mailing and you can’t wait to see what the latest witty banter will be about). But suddenly, you’re in the dark. And not just about why everyone cares so much about Miley Cyrus. You’re in the literal dark. The power has gone out. It’s a blackout.

This happened to me the other week. And do you know how much there is to do during one of those? Pretty much nothing. There are indigenous silk and shea lotions, body butters, Dead Sea salt scrubs, and shower elixirs. I have to say, I love it all. Having used a combination of all of these products for a while, my skin feels ultra moisturized. The substantial body butter has even radically helped my dry skin trouble spots (like my ankles – where the skin is thinner). I never, ever, though I’d want to put something that looked menacingly black on my face.
