Are you worried that your little baby isn’t able to get out and about as much as she should, what with your busy city life and all? Enter Walkee Doggie. I know, I know, the name is a little hard to swallow – but what they lack in credible nomenclature, they make up for in the services they provide – and reading about the company’s history will no doubt put a smile on your face. In short, the founder came to the city looking for a job – and a caretaker for his dog – only to discover jobs were boring and HE could be the one to provide care for his dog and others across the city. His conclusion that led him to start the company is cute – and true:

“First, I found that most “group walks” consisted of dogs being tied up in front of a building while the walker fetched animals from the surrounding block. In the end, an “hour walk” was actually a “twenty minute walk”, and a “forty minute sit”. Second, I found that the “qualified handlers” were sorely underpaid and had no real experience with dogs. Finally, there was no guarantee that Ralph would be walked at all, and for the money I planned to pay, I wanted some personal attention for my pup and me.”

Because of these realizations, you can be sure when you use Walkee Doggie, you dog is ACTUALLY getting walked – and in groups no larger than three. Walks are either an half hour or an hour, and dogs are grouped together according to size. Walk prices range from $11-26 per walk.
Additionally, Walkee Doggie can drop your pooch off or pick her up from appointments like vet or grooming. And the company even provides boarding. Talk about an all-service dog walking business!

On top of all the doggie goodness that they offer, the company wants to give you extra peace of mind as well. They make sure the same person walks your dog each day, and that no pups are ever unattended. The company is a bonded and insured, and the walkers are equipped with portable water dishes, bags, and cellular phones.

Walkee Doggie sounds like the next best thing to your pup getting personal attention from you.
