Vivienne Westwood Samples Sale

This is a sample sale that cannot be missed!!!

I was a little skeptical at first. When I got down to the meatpacking district, there was a woman on the corner of 14th and 9th, handing out flyers to every one in a reachable distance. I was convinced this sale would be a mess: crowded with nothing left. I could not have been more wrong. 

I made my way up the stairs of a quiet loft building, to find one of the greatest sample sales of my New York life. It was quiet with relaxing music; everything was organized by designer and type of clothing. There were about five men working there, all very helpful; and only three other customers, the sale was empty!

The best part was the clothes. I scored a Vivienne Westwood red label dress for $130, priced on Net-a-Porter earlier this year for over $1,000. There was a large selection of dresses and cashmere. There was cashmere everywhere: wraps, sweaters, dresses, and all under $200. I could not believe it.
There was also a big selection of Ilaria Nistri and Louis de Maga dresses and tops, all priced way below retail. The biggest bargain had to be the Lefull 3/4 wool coats. I read online these coats were going to be priced at $375. The prices were slashed to $185.
