Transform into a Mermaid
Am I the only girl who as a child would swim with ankles crossed and pretend she was a mermaid? I certainly hope not. But loving the sea went beyond that. My first first bike was pink with seashells, and was named Princess Seashell. She was the best bike ever. Oh please, stop looking at me like I’m crazy. You probably named your bike something much more ridiculous.
In one of the early seasons of The Simple Life with Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie (gag on both counts) the girls had to be Weeki Wachee mermaids. Well, Paris had to try, and Nicole was supposed to be a turtle. How nice, right? They both – well, failed. But the idea behind the Weeki Wachee mermaids seems so fantastically cheesy that it’s adorable and awesome and omg, I want to go! I want to see them! Or maybe even be one! New Yorker Otillus saw them and loved them.
