The Best Part of Waking Up is Coffee In Your Tub
, New York, NY

I have a message for all of the used coffee grounds out there: there is life after the mug! Coffee scrubs, like other scrubs, cleanse and exfoliate, but they do something that other scrubs don’t: they fight cellulite. Yes, you can get rid of the cottage cheese on your thighs by rubbing coffee grounds on it! I don’t know the exact science of it–I think most of the credit goes to the caffeine–but I’m okay with the mystery. I don’t care how it makes that nasty cellulite disappear, just as long as it does the trick!
Organic Oasis Green Coffee and Yerba Mate scrub is a great buy because it not only contains coffee but also Yerba Mate, which also benefits the skin with vitamins and antioxidants. Also, Organic Oasis, at $16, is the most affordable of the coffee scrubs out there. The Kenyan Coffee and Sugar body scrub by Nyakio is more expensive, but is also well worth the money. For now, though, I think I’ll stick with Organic Oasis. I’ll put Nyakio on my Christmas list.
Regards,
Kyoko
