Are These Tiffanyยญ Inspired Nike Sneakers With Swarovski Crystals Too Much?

It’s a decadent, decadent world we live in. And if you’re looking for proof, all you have to do is check out these Nike Free Run 5.0 v2 sneakers that are bedazzled with glittering Swarovski crystals. They come in the prettiest shade of Tiffany blue, a color which is known to increase feelings of importance of wealth.

At ยฃ119.99, the price tag on these bad boys isn’t so bad, actually. But when you consider the fact that you probably won’t be wearing them that much, lest you dirty them up (heaven forbid), these are more like $185 stationary objects that just sit around in your house and make you feel good.

Maybe we’re being too snarky. What do you think? When it comes to shoes, and sneakers in particular (which are bound to get roughed up), do you think this sort of decadence is worth it?

If you do decide you can’t live without these, we have some good news! You can get them on pre-order at Amazing-Shoes.co.uk. They come in various sizes, are custom-made and take 7 to 10 days for delivery depending on your location.

Vivienne Westwood '80s Classics Brought Back to Life by Opening Ceremon

The ’80s were a wild era where many things are concerned, especially in the realms of fashion, hair and music. The three sort of went hand in hand with each other, as they still do, so it’s no surprise that people have held onto the ’80s with a certain level of nostalgia.

We see glimpses of the decade all the time, and now we’re getting a heaping dose thanks to Opening Ceremony’s upcoming capsule collection, which features “standout designs” from Vivienne Westwood. For example, Opening Ceremony has recreated the “trousers from the designer’s landmark Pirate collection in 1981 and the tongue trainer from her 1983 Witches show.”

Read more about the collection here.

It’s Fall/Winter 2015-2016 fashion runway season, darlings, and we’ve already seen plenty of interesting things at the menswear shows. For example, the world collectively gasped and covered their mouths at the sight of designer Rick Owens’ infamous “penis runway at Paris Men’s Fashion Week, and the return of loose fits” in menswear at Gucci, Armani and Versace has people wondering if perfectly-fitted suits are O-U-T out.

(Sidebar: We really hope the loose fit thing doesn’t make a comeback. We had enough of that in the ’80s and ’90s, thankyouverymuch).

If you are in the โ€œbiz,โ€ or really serious about keeping up with the shows, Modem magazine has a comprehensive fashion week agenda, lists of showrooms, tradeshows, multi-label showrooms and events.

We’re excited to see what else comes sauntering down the fashion runway, and we’re sure you are, too. Fortunately, there are plenty of days and weeks left to get our fix. For your delight, we have attached the best head-turning menswear fashion week looks from the streets of Milan. Ladies, be kind to your men, donโ€™t expect them to look or dress like that. Enjoy!

PS. Do let us know if you plan to attend anything tweet us #stylishweek โ€“ weโ€™ll find you! We’d love to see your pictures or hear your thoughts on anything related to the fashion week.
