Appointment required in advance. Call 212.940.2269 to reserve. Appointments are available on a first come, first serve basis. All sales are final and alterations will not be offered. In-person appointments are restricted to two people.

In-store Safety Protocols:

- Appointments required to monitor the capacity in the salon
- Appointments not to exceed one hour
- Clients can safely try on gowns and receive consultation during appointments
- Samples will be placed on racks in the salon to encourage social distancing while browsing
- Robust cleaning protocols that align with CDC standards
- Positioned Service Advisors at key entrances to advise clients and distribute masks
- Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the store and individual bottles are available at each cash rap and fitting room
- UV lighting devices have been installed on all 22 escalator handrails that kill 99.9% of all germs
- Proper signs and customer guidance throughout the store that support safety measures
