WHY: Snapette, the first location-based shopping app, is teaming up with Piperlime to launch “The Snap Hunt” – a special promotion and scavenger hunt giving snap-happy shoppers the chance to snag Piperlime gift cards.
Snapette will unveil a special map on the app itself detailing three secret locations throughout Manhattan giving in-the-know shoppers the heads up on where they can find the gift cards on the morning of Saturday November 10th. That morning, shoppers will be able to visit one of these three locations identified by giant lime green balloons and have the opportunity to receive a special gift card (1 per customer, while supplies last) worth up to $500. Cards can be redeemed at the first freestanding Piperlime shop at 121 Wooster Street from 11AM on to redeem the card’s value and apply it to a purchase.
