WHY: Over 40 Lower East Side stores, restaurants and galleries will offer deals, freebees and special events as part of the Shop Local campaign.

While perusing our shops, don’t forget to stop by the Holiday Oasis Lounge on 17th and 18th. The Lounge, located at Mark Miller Gallery at 92 Orchard Street will feature a bag check, free gift-wrapping, free massages from a licensed massage therapist, and would be serving up free Blue Bottle coffee, courtesy of Lost Weekend NYC, and Hint premium essence water.

200 guests will also receive a gift bag with goodies from MastihaShop, Roni-Sue’s Chocolates, Earnest Sewn, Bikram Yoga LES, Kaight and Lisa Fiorentino Hair and Vintage.
