Yoga Flux

Unsightly exercise equipment need not remind you of your broken New Years resolution! Brooklyn-based graphic designer Jill Malek makes it easier to forget your one-time diet promise with yoga mats swathed in prints from her wallpaper so it can just fade into the background. Malek, whose resume includes stints in catalog, interior, and wedding invite design, teamed up with custom flux making company YogaMatic to debut the eco-friendly 6-piece collection. While her hand-screened printed wall prints go for a pricey $150 a roll, the limited-edition collaboration costs a cool $85 per flux. Not a fan of the downward dog? Pick up the wallpaper rolls which feature everything from repeating flocks of birds to baby elephants. At least then you can check off “redecorate house” from your list of resolutions.

Like things more simple, check out Bare Foot Yoga Co’s Eco-Friendly yoga mat made from Jute and PER (Polymer Environmental Resin). The natural jute fibers in this mat offer the strength of conventional fiberglass mesh, yet are decomposable in a landfill.  They got some great citrus colors that are a huge trend for Spring.
