This SS had the rudest security personnel even by NY standards. Once the customers were escorted to the 10th floor, we were told that we had only 30 min. It is clearly not enough to pick and try more than 2-3 items. I begged the security person to allow me to try on a sweater but she would not, as it was on min 32 of my allocated time! I was thinking of not buying anything at all! But being a clothes whore, I picked the only piece I had a chance to try on and proceeded under duress to pay.

The security person recommended that I get outside, stand on a long line again, then get in again for a chance to be kicked out after 30 min! Whoever at the company who organized this SS thinks that humiliated customer is a happy customer must reconsider as they clearly are missing the bottom line of sale: people spending money. Each person in the elevator out expressed the same shocking experience: being treated like a thug for trying to buy a 400 dress? Really, is it what this label wants to be associated with?
