WHY: Chroma NYC is a new e-commerce and retail pop-up bringing a curated selection of emerging Brazilian fashion brands to the US.
For SS16, founder Fernanda Ferraz presents three colorful womenswear, jewelry and shoe brands from her native Brazil: Kika Simonsen, a fine artist & designer who creates original prints on stunning womenswear pieces, Maria Dolores, conceptual fashion jewelry and Blue Bird Shoes, handcrafted loafers featuring eyecatching motifs and embroidery. The New York pop up, located at 120 Thompson Street, will be open to the public from April 8 to May 1 from 10 am to 7 pm daily.
The e-commerce shop is now live and available year round at www.chromanyc.com.
