Lee Angel designer Roxanne Assoulin is known for her casual, fun take on vintage jewelry. The Lee Angel customer is a girl who rides her bike to cool-kid craft fairs and brings a picnic with her:effortlessly whimsical. That mood carries over to the sale itself.
Bubbly necklaces comprised of clusters of fabric-covered beads are $40 (marked down from $180). An adorable collar of primary colored fabric bows is $120 (no original price was given, which was true of many of the sale items – this is not a place for those who need to know just how good of a deal they’re getting).

The real draw here, though, is the massive $5 room, which is filled with cut-rate jewelry from mid-range mall stores. A Banana Republic striped bow brooch could pass for Juicy Couture, while a pair of BR delicate gold hoops adorned with small coral stones is a steal at $5 from $38. Mod striped super-thin J. Crew bangles are $5 from $24. One of the best $5 items, however, might be a Crewcuts children’s satin necklace, which comes adorned with a plastic charm of either a seahorse or an anchor. Add a small piece of elastic and you’ve got the perfect chic and cheeky headband. Chic and cheeky? Sounds like Lee Angel to us.
