WHAT: Crafts in Chelsea Street Festival: 10/15
WHY: This biannual event boasts more than 100 artisans and designers selling their handmade goods. Grab Rocks and Salt wool-and-cashmere hoodies ($72), Wicked Mint silk-screened pillows ($32) and Malagueta A-line appliqué skirts ($240).
