Cozy Up to this Romantic Cardigan

How about this hand-crocheted cardigan? Do you like it? I do. It’s got a pretty velvet tie belt feature that you can adjust however you like. With flared cuffs, curved hems (slightly scalloped), lace details, and subtle metallic highlights woven into this cardigan, I don’t see how you can say no.

This is a piece to layer over something else. Because of all the detailing on the cardigan, it’s best to stick with a solid color. In the picture above, they’ve gone with something silky, in the same color. That’s not a bad option. But you could do a complimenting color to whatever color cardigan you buy. Speaking of, the colors available are: Dusty Rose (pictured), Lavender, Aqua Green, Slate Blue, Oatmeal and Black. You can buy it directly: here. It was $49.99, but now it’s $39.99.
Because this is a romantic piece, I’d go for a romantic color like the dusty rose. Ironically, the one color I wouldn’t get isn’t offered in many sizes anymore – that’d be oatmeal. But seriously, do you want to wear something called ‘oatmeal’? I think not.

This piece has a generous V-neck, so even when you wear something under it, you’ll get to show off a necklace. I recommended a necklace the other day (on our Jewelry and Watches section) with cherry blossoms that would be perfect with this ensemble.

Ciao for now,

Jessica
