0 What’s fun about this wallet? Oh, don’t you see it? It’s RED. A fabulous red color (or colour, if you’d like) that pops! It’s bold, and if you are bold, then you should snap Prada Saffiano Continental Wallet up at Bergdorf’s.
Bright color and a bold logo make this Tory Burch wallet very fun. This one is actually brown and pink. There is also a navy and orange option that’s equally fun. The above are both very posh, and very status-y. If you’re willing to get more fun, there are even more choices.
Urban Outfitters has this deep crimson wallet with no-nonsense ruffles. There’s also a soft pink and basic black. Even the black makes for a fun option. It’s kind of rugged, something I’d imagine G.I. Jane to have!

And how can you not love this quirky wallet pick? I love wallets with a top snap – they remind me of the ones I had as a child.

0 Other than clogs, I hate loafers. When I was MUCH younger I liked the idea of penny loafers, just because I liked the idea of hiding a penny in my shoes. I still like the novelty of that, but would not actually wear a penny in my shoe. But there are a few loafer options that I would consider wearing.
The Pura Lopez ‘N253’ Pump manages to look sexy.

The Christian Louboutin Peniche 120 Loafer Pump will probably make your calves look perfect.

Tod’s Klimt Heel is a loafer that I’m not sure is comfortable, but looks very modern and posh.

For less sex-appeal consider the penny loafer pumps by Tory Burch or the brightly-colored Marc by Marc Jacobs penny loafers.
For something that’s somewhere between stylish and functional, my favorite option is the D&G Amber Loafer.

1 I find myself wondering why anyone still makes clogs. Didn’t all the fashionable people get together with various world representatives and unanimously vote these to be hideous and outlawed? No? I feel like that should have happened. Despite my unwavering hatred for these abominations – I cannot deny that they are handy.
They are the flip flops of fall. My appeal heightens, unless I conjure up images of the clogs I’ve seen in various incarnations throughout the years. Oh, each one more horrid than the next! But it’s a new year, er, day! And so I have set out to see if there is any clog I would ever wear. Ever! And, who is selling them at all?
Lord and Taylor offer only two clogs in my online search, both brown. One of these, as you might have already guessed, is made by UGG. Ugh, is what I have to say to this. Good ol’ bloomingdale’s surprised me, they have five pairs! One pair dares you to chanel your inner Pocahontas (no thanks) while another looks like what a woodsman (is this still a real profession?) would buy for his stylish wife. There is one pair I do like.
I would wear these only because I love comfort – and I would only wear the camel color, the black one is cheesy. Click the picture for the details.

I thought for sure that J-Crew would have clogs, but there is nary a one! Bravo. When I accidentally typo ‘b;pg’ for ‘clog’ Bergdorf Goodman searches for a long time – so I stop it before my computer explodes. It is then revealed that they have SIX clog options. Oh goodness. Even when Tory Burch and D&G making clogs, I don’t think I could talk myself into one of these. But, if you’re gonna go ‘clog’ at least these give you some respect:

3 Oh boy, do you remember the days of ear muffs? I had the most hideous fluffy pair of mauve-pink ear muffs in grade school. They looked awful, so unnatural. I liked them because I thought I was saving myself from hat-hair. But nothing could save me from the dreaded ear muffs. To this day I’m not certain if I’ve destroyed all photographic evidence of this look. I’m proud to say that I’m no longer afraid of hats, though. In fact, I have a favorite kind: a beret!
You can personalize a beret any way that you’d like, but please do yourself a favor in buying at least one. Warning: after you see some samples of what’s available you might want to have six. You don’t have to be French to wear a beret.Even when you stick to a basic beret in one color, you have options that include: rhinestones, stylized knitting, or flower appliqués.
Basic rule of thumb for hats? Go for a color that will pop against your hair color. If your hair is blonde, a white beret won’t work that well on you. Are you a red-haired beauty? No red berets for you. I think you can figure the rest out pretty easily.

Que Sera Women’s Brim Beret ($60.00) at bloomingdale’s

KOKIN Flower Appliqué Beret ($120.00) at Lord and Taylor
