As promised, I’m writing a post on hairsticks (or ‘hair sticks’ depending on who you ask). If you feel clueless about that statement then you may have missed yesterday’s post (in our beauty tab) which was our inaugural expert advice session, featuring Madison from NC. She wanted some hair help for a fancy look with long hair. One of my suggestions included hairsticks.

White is a great choice for handbags in the summer. I’ve been looking for a great white handbag, myself. And I may have found it in this. What can I tell you about this bag? Designer Charlie Lapson created this in a classic shape with a top zip closure and three inside pockets – two are open, one is a zippered style. So, it’s both beautiful and functional. But really, how beautiful is it?

Though Charlie Lapson used a classic shape, he also used different textures on the bag to modernize it. This handbag features both genuine Italian leather and woven fabric. There is brushed silver hardware (such as the grommets), and there is also hardware on the front that is bamboo shaped.

No one had better mess with you in these boots. These patent leather boots (in black or brown) are made with an extra pointy toe. The heel is 3.5″ high, so you’ll feel like a tall supermodel, even if you usually feel more like…well, something short! The front of these boots lace up. This seems like a cross between an equestrian boot and a Victorian boot, but it looks great – so we’ll go with it!
