WHY: The Madison Avenue B.I.D. will host its 2nd annual WELCOME BACK SATURDAYS on September 18 and 25. The welcome mat is out on the 29-blocks of Madison Avenue between 57th and 86th Streets. It’s time to celebrate in style, and the public is invited to spend these two special Saturdays on Madison Avenue to enjoy free programming on the street, al fresco fine dining and an array of in-store experiences and shopping incentives, gallery visits and more.
