This panel conversation between Jennifer Gootman (West Elm), Abrima Erwyah (Studio One Eighty Nine) and Luna Lee (EILEEN FISHER) will address the role of brands in developing an appreciation for textiles and communicating the craft story to their customers so commerce can support artisan communities. From Woodstock to Burning Man – Fashionistas Everywhere

Let’s face it – at one point or another, you probably needed a little inspiration on what to wear to work or play. Why not go retro and grab some ideas from the sexy sixties? Think festivals, protests, bohemian looks…and who can forget the iconic fashion styles of Woodstock?

Take a look at the pictures below and prepare to be blown away. All the latest trend have been done before by the total fetch ladies of the 1960’s. Think cute little mini-skirts, big floppy hats, boho tunics, and long natural hair.

If you have ever been to Burning Man, you know it is more of a community than a festival. But it’s also more than just a temporary community; think of it as a temporary city focusing strongly on personal style and fashion.
