Calypso Sale! Pre-vacation shopping!
Hey, Kyoko here. My lawfirm ordered me to take a two-week paid vacation after I called one of the interns a nasty name (don’t ask). But none of the clothes I bought in Ocho Rios on my last cruise fit anymore. I emailed an old law school chum and this is what she had to say:
No worries. At Calypso here in New York City you can get great clothes for beachcombing without the Port of Call markup. Save up to 80% on women and children’s clothing, shoes, and home accessories. Jaqueline Schnabel platform peep toe heels are $50, down from $230–you’re not going to find a deal like that in Ocho Rios, at least not without doing some serious haggling and potentially offending someone. And while you’re there, pick up some Mimosa body lotion. It will make you feel like you’re already on vacation–which is great if you’re like me, and don’t get one.
Ha, well, I do get a vacation!! And all because I called the intern a pale, pasty vegan putz! Oops! I shouldn’t have said that, oh well. I’m going to the beach!!!
