If this is a sample sale then I am Donna Karan. I went to “Boutique on 57th” It is a tiny room and the merchandise is clearly worn. The price tags are not original and the items look worn and old. There is only one of anything. This is a used designer clothing store trying to pass itself off as a sample sale. It is an absolute fraud. Do not go!

My name is Kasia Bosne founder of Boutique on 57. I have received your comment regarding last August sale you have visited, and would like to ask if you were mistreated in any way, or were not happy with your purchase? We value our customer’s comments and strive to assure the best quality service and designer brands offered at best possible discount. Just to clarify we do not sell any used clothes. All collections come directly from Italy designer showrooms or local NY designer showrooms. We provide variety of styles that’s why you see one of a kind instead of 10 of the same dresses.

Majority of our collection which is 95% is actual stock labeled and priced and comes with all designer tags, the remaining 5% is showroom samples which are presented by models in the designer showrooms, or runways during their market and we are happy to offer them at drastic savings.
In terms of our space we are located in the most prestigious block of 57th street just steps off 5th Ave in a high-end building. Our showroom is about 500sf, which is an average size for the retail space. It has been designed by a very famous interior designer John Paradee and furnished with French designer contemporary furniture from a very popular store ANKASA. Just to let you know Hermes Boutique in Biarritz France and Florence Italy is significantly smaller then our space.
We have been in this business for the last 15 years dressing lots of celebrities, TV anchors, very high profile people providing wardrobe to film and TV sets.
If you feel there is an area where we need to improve we are willing to listen to you and take it very seriously so we can serve you better in the future.
