Growing up in a New York City suburb founder and entertaining enthusiast of Luxe Life Events, Billy Folchetti, knew at a young age that he would stop at nothing for a life in the fast lane that headed straight for the flashing lights and glamorous lifestyle of the big city. After years living on Manhattan's Upper East Side, Billy worked from the ground up. While always proudly marching to the beat of his own drum, he waiting tables while interning for some of the best event and PR firms New York offers. Networking day in and day out to rub elbows with the rich, famous and powerful professional of the city that never sleeps, Billy soon began to catch the attention of qualified individuals many years his senior.
A true romantic Billy hopped on a plane two years ago to pursue a relationship with, what is now his fiance, and build a foundation for his new life along California's Riviera in Laguna Beach. After a few senior consulting position that were "less than satisfying," he launched Luxe Life Events bringing his east coast edge west. With a New York frame of mind and work ethic similar to those who influenced him during his time in New York, Billy is working to take sunny California's event industry by storm. Once, during a conversation with the CEO of a company he was consulting for he was told "we think your taste is just too extravagant for our customers, we have to let you go..." It was this point in time he vowed never to work for anyone else or follow rules made by others ever again. With a reality TV show in production, consulting and conceptualizing a anti-aging skincare line for his beauty conscious clientele, to be camera ready for their events; and a line of home decor in the design process he hopes that the Luxe Life brand will evolve into a household name that represents just that, living luxuriously. His utmost goal; "to go beyond my clients expectations and to make extravagant ideas come to life." Billy also actively contributes to many charitable organizations including "Look Good, Feel Better," "Angling for a Dream," and "NOH8."
