ANTM Finalist is the New Face of Southpole!

I’ll admit it: I love America’s Next Top Model. I’ve loved it since season 1, and I love it even more now that Twiggy has replaced the witchy Janice Dickenson. I don’t know what it is about ANTM that seems to make time stop; I get so sucked in I forget that I have other things to do. Sometimes, I even watch clips on youtube. One of the main criticisms the show gets is that the show doesn’t actually producde top models. So many winners fade away after their moment in the sun. As a fan, it’s disappointing. After investing an hour a week in these girls, you want to see them post-ANTM.

That’s why I was so happy when I found out that Eugena Washington, third runner up from Cycle 7, is the new face of Southpole! I liked Eugena, and I actually rooted for her to win, even though the odds were totally stacked against her. Based on her Covergirl shoot, she should have won–Caridee looked horsey and Melrose looked, I don’t know…like Melrose. But Eugena was resplendant. And that’s how she looks in the new ads for Southpole. Totally hot.

Southpole is a brand of streetwear that was born right here in New York City. The clothes are young, fun and sexy, but the best part about them is that they are totally affordable. T-shirts are around $13.00, Sweatshirts $25.00 and jeans for $40. Personally, I think that’s pretty awesome.

Besitos, Eugena! TQM
