News of the March 15th official opening of this new "ready-made" neighbourhood is something you want to pay close attention to. Named the hottest place to live, eat and shop in New York, the development features a 6 acres public plaza, 100 shops and 20 restaurants. Neiman Marcus will open there their first and only store in New York.
