Not Your Grandmother's Candles

With chilly fall nights approaching, it seems the ultimate and perfect time to try out some new candles. I have a weird theory that when you wear perfume you start to become immune to the scent, but with a candle – you continuously smell it. Maybe that’s just in my head – it’s perfectly possible. …But, it’s not going to stop me from stocking up on some new scented candles. I can’t betray my own theories, that would be rude and self-defeating. 😉

There are so many candles that if you are a bit particular (read: helplessly anal) you are sure to be able to find one in a color that will complement your colorscape of whatever room you pick. For me, it’s not always enough to have a candle smell good. Nope. I have high standards. I like to get ones with the cutest packaging and jars. Some are downright adorable. Others have a sexy vibe. So go on and find your candle counterpart.
